Ingredients
- 2 (15oz) cans salmon, drained
- 1 tablespoon plain, non-fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
