Why sit and talk if weight loss is your goal? Let’s maximize your time and money by exercising while we nutrition problem-solve. The first 5-15 minutes while you warm up on the bike or treadmill is dedicated to nutrition counseling. The remainder of the 50 minutes we will finish with a strength workout customized for you and your goals.
