An important component in a comprehensive wellness program is to provide targeted follow-up to individuals. This is important both for those individuals who have been identified to be at elevated risk for various health problems and for those who are seeking health maintenance. Studies have demonstrated significant returns on investment with this kind of approach. By using Skype™ technology, we can have the one on one approach to counseling. Visits can be conducted during the hours 7am-7pm to help accommodate all shift employees.
